For this new release Oris took the spirit of their caliber 110 and imagined a fully skeletonized movement. Essentially all the components and intricacies of this timepiece have been left exposed, allowing to truly feat the eyes on its craftsmanship. Let’s admire the new “Oris Big Crown ProPilot X Calibre 115”.

The 44mm multi-piece case is made of titanium with a sapphire exhibition case back, which allows to view all the rest of its mechanical movement.
It comes equipped with a matching titanium screw-in security crown. Mounted to the case is a riveted titanium bezel and the lugs and case synch into each other in a fully compact manner. All topped by a domed double-sided anti-reflective coating. Water-resistance on this watch can last up to 100 meters (330 feet).
Time is exhibited on the aforementioned and intriguing skeletonized dial, followed by a ring of white printed minute index markers along the periphery of the dial.
There is a sub-seconds aligned with the 7 o’clock position, while a large power-reserve indicator can be seen stretching out between the 2 and 4 o’clock positions. The central dagger-style hands, as well as the hourly index markers and sub-seconds hand have all undergone a luminescent coating, for an enhanced legibility.
