Officine Panerai has just ushered out four new blue themed timepieces, for exclusive sale at their boutiques, around the world. Ocean blue is the star color of this watch series by Panerai, which includes: Luminor and Radiomir models.

Their intense blue color is further enhanced by a gorgeous sun-brushed finish. This technique manages to capture and diffuse light, creating subtle flashes and regularly changing effects as the sun’s ray hits any of these four new watches by Officine Panerai.

The “Radiomir 1940 3 Days” comes in a 47mm polished steel case, equipped with a cylindrical screw-down crown, engraved with the OP logo. Its transparent case back allows to see the manual mechanical movement. While the dial is covered by a domed sapphire crystal.

Time is told via hour index markers and bears the Arabic numerals 3, 6, 9 and 12. There is also a sub-seconds dial located at the 9 o’clock position. Minimalist, yet providing the bare essentials, rendering it the simplest timepiece of the four new offerings by Panerai, with this oceanic blue dial.

Officine Panerai 47mm Radiomir 1940 3 Days

This “Officine Panerai 47mm Radiomir 1940 3 Days” (Ref#: PAM00690) is powered by a hand-wound mechanical movement, caliber P.3000, with 21 jewels, 160 components and 21,600 vph. Power reserve on this timepiece can last up to 72 hours (3 days) and water-resistance can reach up to 100m (330 feet). Mounted to the watch is a brown leather strap, with a stainless-steel pin buckle.

The “Radiomir 1940 10 Days GMT” has been released in a 45mm 18k red gold case, also equipped with a cylindrical screw-down crown, engraved with the OP logo. Its exhibition caseback reveals a skeletonized P.2003 caliber, elegantly adorned with fine work on its plates and barrels and an oscillating weight with OP logo engraving.

Its blue dial manages to maintain a harmonious demeanor, despite all the complications it encapsulates. Time is told via hour index markers and the Arabic numerals 6, 9 and 12. There is a date aperture located at the 3 o’clock position and a power reserve indicator positioned over the 6 o’clock mark. And being a GMT watch, features a second time zone pointed out by the arrow-shaped central hand. Also includes a sub-dial near the 9 o’clock position, equipped with 24-hour indicator to each side, exhibiting: AM or PM.

Officine Panerai 45mm Radiomir 1940 10 Days Automatic Oro Rosso

This “Officine Panerai 45mm Radiomir 1940 10 Days Automatic Oro Rosso” (Ref#: PAM0059) is powered by a self-winding mechanical movement, caliber P.2003/10, with 25 jewels, 293 components and 28,800 vph. Power reserve on this timepiece can last up to 240 hours (10 days) and water-resistance can reach up to 50m (164 feet). Mounted to this watch is a blue alligator strap with exposed red gold stitching to match the case color and an 18k red gold pin buckle.

The “Luminor 1950 3 Days GMT” comes in a 42mm polished stainless-steel case and Panerai’s iconic crown guard. Its transparent caseback reveals the inner movements, with its swinging stop balance wheel and other moving parts. There is also a power reserve indicator placed on the backside of this watch.

Its sandwich dial exhibits time via hour index markers and the Arabic numerals 6 and 12. There is a date aperture located at the 3 o’clock position and a sub-seconds dial positioned near the 9 o’clock index marker. The second time-zone is pointed out via the arrow shaped central hand, making this a GMT timepiece.

Mounted to the watch is a blue leather strap, with contrasting ecru stitching and a stainless-steel pin buckle.

The “Luminor 1950 10 Days GMT” has been released in a 44mm polished stainless-steel case and Panerai’s iconic crown guard with a brushed finish. Its exhibition caseback reveals its movement equipped with: a Glycydur balance, three barrels, a KIF Parechoc anti-shock device and other moving parts.
