Officine Panerai just launched its first pre-SIHH 2016 release, following its usual marketing scheme of mixing up elements they’ve already debuted with other watches, just to end up with something ”new”. This time around they focused on their Radiomir model line and gave it a new color. Introducing the first white dial Radiomir, more specifically the:  “Panerai Radiomir 1940 3 Days Automatic Acciaio PAM655”.

Another twist on the new iteration of the Radiomir is its case size. Any fan or non-fan of Panerai is aware of this brands tendency to go big in size. The typical diameter for a Panerai is normally above 45mm, but this new Radiomir is only 42mm! Not so much impressive, as it is surprising, but then again not totally new for there are other 42mm Panerai’s. And the white dial just gives it an even slimmer look, making it a very favorable Panerai for those who always appreciated the brands design, but didn’t have the wrist for it.

The “Panerai Radiomir 1940 3 Days Automatic Acciaio PAM655” is powered by the in-house manufactured P.4000 movement, with 31 jewels and up to 72 hours of power reserve.
