The Bentley series is an acclaimed model line that has successfully managed to join a British status symbol with the art of Swiss horology. These automotive themed watches are renowned for their winged B emblem, which was inspired by the on-board clock created by Breitling, for the Bentley Continental GT.

The 49mm black satin-brushed steel case obtains its color and feel due to the high-resistance carbon-based treatment it undergoes during manufacture. The watch has an anti-reflective coated sapphire crystal on its front and back side. The construction of this timepiece renders it water resistant up to 100 meters (330 feet). Although this is a beautiful piece of horology the size may not be the best fit for all enthusiasts. So if possible try to get one on your wrist to see if it’s the right match for you before closing a deal.

The Royal Ebony dial features a raised globe pattern which symbolizes the time-zone function and has luminescent index-markers. The universal time style dial features the name of 24 cities, representing various time-zones, along the outer side where the dial ends and the bezel begins. The 24-hour disk has also included a day/night indicator with white and black segments. There are three sub-dials: a 30-minute counter at the 3 o’clock position; a 12-hour counter at the 6 o’clock position and a sub-seconds at the 9 o’clock position. Also features a date aperture between the 4 and 5 o’clock index markers.

Due to a double-disk mechanism it’s possible to easily access 24 different time zones. As soon as you change time-zone, you are only required to turn the crown forward or backward in one-hour increments to correct all 24 time-zones, with a swift and effective gesture, adjusting for local time. The 24-city bezel even takes in account “daylight saving time” and includes indications for the proper adjustment.
